MRS-2 Auto Splicer

Think of the MRS-2 Auto Splicer as the MRS-6's little brother, still offering uninterrupted, continuous label application even at the highest speeds at a smaller size.The front-loading design allows operators to safely reload the labeler without interrupting production. Equipped with roll monitoring controls, the MRS-2 Auto Splicer detects low film levels and seamlessly splices the near-empty roll to a full one while the remaining film feeds through the integrated accumulation festoon. Once spliced, the operator can replace the empty roll and prepare the next splice in under two minutes. Label rolls are secured on low-lying shafts with pneumatic bladders for stability. Status indicator lights provide clear visibility of roll status, while the MRS-2  Auto Splicer’s user-friendly design supports long production runs and enhances efficiency.
